Registration for the 2024 season is Open!

Middle School Lacrosse will be managed by Beavercreek City Schools for the 2024 season!

We are open to grades Kindergarten thru 6th (as of spring 2024)
**Creek-Lax will review applications for residents outside of Beavercreek to determine eligibility.  If your district
has a lacrosse program, you are not eligible to play with Creek-Lax.

Registration Cost

*$25 Early Bird Discount If Registered By 12/31/2023*

Grades K-2               $100
Grades 3-6                $150

*Early Bird Discount is applied at checkout

USALacrosse Membership
 
USALacrosse membership for each player is required to register or take part in any Creek LAX activities. Please register at www.USALacrosse.com. The membership must be valid through the end of the season or there will be an error. If you sign up/ renew your membership please allow about 5 minutes for USALacrosse to update your account.
